With over 25 years of experience, Jeff specializes in boundary surveys, geodetic control, ALTA/NSPS surveys, subdivision computations, and topographic mapping. His expertise includes plat preparation, legal descriptions, deed research, and quality control for GPS surveys. With a strong background in heavy construction surveying for infrastructure projects, Jeff manages projects across Virginia, North Carolina, the District of Columbia, Delaware, West Virginia, and Maryland. In addition to his technical expertise, he leads staff training in data processing, develops standard operating procedures, and fosters client relationships.
