Roger Rodriguez specializes in Commercial and Private Land Development projects. He oversees program management for large, unique mixed-use projects, retail developments, landside airport work, and multi-family projects. Roger manages all the services the firm provides, bringing multiple resources to support a project and provide a single point of contact for the client. He is a constant partner with his clients from project inception through land use entitlements, construction drawings, municipality approvals, groundbreaking, and construction management.
Roger is an active participant in the International Council of Shopping Centers where he serves as the Operations Chair for Virginia and sits on the State Conference Planning Committee. He is also a former State Government Relations Chair for ICSC.
Roger lives in Henrico County, Virginia. In the fall, he can be often be found attending Virginia Tech football games. He also enjoys traveling, attending sporting events of all types and spending time with his family, friends and his yellow lab, Tucker.
