Roger Rodriguez leads our private land development efforts in Central Virgina at our Headquarters office. Roger’s experience is concentrated in Commercial and Private Land Development projects throughout the Commonwealth. He oversees program management for projects and leads individual project teams as a practicing principal. Roger’s project profiles include retail & mixed-use developments, multifamily developments, landside airport work, and industrial projects. Roger oversees multiple project teams, bringing multiple firm resources to support a project and provide a single point of contact for the client. He is a constant partner with his clients from project inception through land use entitlements, construction drawings, municipality approvals, groundbreaking, and construction management.
Roger is an active participant in the International Council of Shopping Centers having held several volunteer leadership positions within the organization.
In the fall, Roger can often be found enjoying Virginia Tech football games and college football in general. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, attending sporting events of all types and spending time visiting and entertaining with family & friends. He lives in Glen Allen, Virginia with his wife and dog.
