
Michael Patey is a Principal in the Public Land Development division specializing in Design-Build and mission critical projects. He focuses on Timmons Group’s teaming opportunities for Federal, state and private sector projects using both design-build and traditional delivery methods. With his expertise in design-build best practices and more than three decades of industry experience, he has performed design, permitting and construction management for public and private sector projects relating to military and intelligence community site development, data centers, mass transit facilities, and public infrastructure.
Michael lives in Chesterfield County with his wife, Cynthia, and has three grown children, a grandson, two cats, and a dog. He enjoys working on his golf game, watching sports, live music, playing an occasional card game, and gambling of all varieties.
