Mark is a Principal in the Hampton Roads office with 28 years of experience in all aspects of the Land Development design industry. He manages clients and projects out of the Virginia Beach and Newport News offices. Using his extensive design experience, Mark works with clients on Rezonings and Conditional Use Permits throughout the Hampton Roads region, shaping and guiding the early planning stages.
He has worked with local, state, and federal agencies throughout Virginia. His experience ranges from Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Health Care, and Federal Design/Build projects. He has a strong background and understanding of transportation, construction and environmental engineering. Mark has been part of many notable projects in the region.
He is very excited about the continued growth of the Hampton Roads offices and the addition of services to serve the Hampton Roads market more efficiently.
