Luke is a Senior Project Manager in Timmons Group’s Loudoun County office, located in Ashburn. He has over a decade of experience in designing and leading design teams for land development projects for public and private clients in a variety of projects that range from emergency services, logistics sites, data centers, K-12, higher education, parks and recreation, department of corrections, and department of transportation.
Luke’s project duties include working with client staff and outside design team consultants to develop complete & coordinated site plans that include site grading, wet and dry utilities, storm sewer, landscaping, and stormwater management. He also works closely with review agencies during design development to ensure all federal, state, and local codes are met during the design review period and will see the project through to approval. Following plan approval, Luke coordinates the production of the final procurement and bid packages as well as provides construction administrative services.
Luke, his wife Sarah, and son Crew live in Lovettsville, VA. He enjoys being outside with his family, fishing, hiking, hunting, and taking on projects around the house.
