
Lee Ann Gudorp specializes in private commercial land development and has 20 years of experience. Her recent focus is on growing the firm’s Retail Development Programs. This program exists to make the development process for our clients more efficient by using a tier system to determine the different phases of a project while minimizing risk. Her notable retail development project experience includes Publix, Target, AAA Car Care Centers, and Panera Bread.
With a personal mission to promote women in the field of engineering and to encourage more women into the fields of science, technology, and management, she remains actively involved in CREW and served on the Board of Directors since 2019 and was Chapter President in 2024. In addition, Lee Ann has played a pivotal role in developing the Timmons Group Women in Design Program and continues to serve on the leadership committee.
Lee Ann is originally from New Jersey but has called Richmond home for the last 10+ years and currently lives in Midlothian with her husband Scott. She enjoys cooking, flower arranging and trying new restaurants.

First job? Working at a florist in high school and college. Flower arranging is still a hobby of mine.
Words you live by? Everything happens for a reason.
Favorite restaurant? This is a tough one since there are so many great restaurants in Richmond, but one of my recent favorites is Wild Ginger.
Who do you admire the most? My parents, they’ve served as positive role models for me growing up and as an adult.
