David Saundersis a Principal in the utilities practice focusing on public utility and Design-Build infrastructure projects for local and state government entities. David is a licensed professional engineer in numerous states as well as a designated Design-Build professional. His extensive experience includes the planning and design of numerous water and wastewater projects to include water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations and storage facilities. He has been instrumental in winning and completing numerous municipal and private utility projects, including several large Design-Build projects. David also has extensive experience with Federal/DOD projects.
David lives in the Short Pump area of Richmond with his wife, Barbara. He has two grown sons. He is also a former member and past President of the Fredericksburg Rotary Club.
In his spare time, he enjoys sailing and traveling.
