Dan is a Senior Project Manager for Timmons Group’s Hampton Roads office and is responsible for managing land development and planning projects. His extensive years of experience include master planning and design development, as well as a broad range of experience solving land development and construction issues.
Dan specializes in public land development across Hampton Roads, focusing on K-12, higher education, public safety, and municipal projects. A combination of experience in architecture and civil engineering provides a unique understanding of vertical and horizontal construction and the coordination required to make a project successful.
Dan resides in Chesapeake, Virginia with his wife Kelly, and their three kids, Gabe, Josh, and Kiersten.
