Clint is a senior project manager in Timmons Group’s Charlottesville office. He has nearly two decades of experience designing and leading teams for public land development projects in a variety of markets including commercial, residential, and industrial. Clint’s project duties include directly working with clients, staff, and consultants, as well as in-house junior engineers to develop complete site plans that include site grading, wet and dry utilities, storm sewer, landscaping, and stormwater management.

Clint works closely with review agencies during design development to ensure all federal, state, and local codes are met during the design review period and will see the project through to approval. Following plan approval, Clint coordinates the production of the final procurement and bid packages as well as provides construction administrative services.

Clint lives in Charlottesville with his wife Molly and their three kids, Landon, Kendall, and Isabella. Clint spends time outside of work with his family, especially at the beach in the Outer Banks or in the mountains hiking and fishing. He enjoys going to concerts, checking out breweries and wineries, and playing golf (though he says after years of practice he’s still pretty awful).

What is a favorite Timmons Group project you have worked on? The CODE Building, in downtown Charlottesville. It’s a premier project and a unique building in downtown Charlottesville. Proud to be a part of such a noteworthy project with a great design team, and it helps that I can see it outside of my office window. Other contenders would be the Southwood Redevelopment and Friendship Court Redevelopment affordable housing projects. It’s great to see the community impact these two projects already have in Charlottesville.
