Chris leads the Residential practice in our Charlotte, North Carolina office. Chris came to Timmons Group a little more than 5 years ago from a well-known local design firm. Chris’s ambitious move to Timmons Group proved successful and he has since built an 8-person team that works with many of the well-known national home builders in the Charlotte market. He has primarily worked on residential projects throughout his 20-year career and his addition allowed us to establish a foothold within that sector. Chris holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from University of North Carolina at Charlotte as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Appalachian State University.
Chris lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife, Erica, and their three children, Abby, Sam, and Jacob. He enjoys spending time traveling with his family, coaching his son’s baseball teams, golfing, watching college sports, camping/fishing, and being a member of his local church.
