Timmons Group’s Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing (CMT) team can offer high quality subsurface exploration during the design phase, and materials testing services during the construction phase for a wide range of projects.

During the field exploration phase, we can coordinate the exploration of subsurface soils with a variety of techniques. During the analysis and reporting phase, we evaluate information from the field and laboratory work to develop geotechnical recommendations. During the construction phase, Timmons Group can provide CMT in the form of soil compaction testing, concrete testing, masonry inspection, evaluation of footing bearing materials, pile installation observation, and others.
