Overview

Timmons Group provided site design and construction administration services for the new Wesley Chapel Volunteer Fire Station 44 in Union County, NC. The 8,300 SF facility enhances emergency response capabilities for the Village of Wesley Chapel, which borders Lancaster and Mecklenburg Counties.

The team delivered comprehensive civil engineering, landscape architecture, and stormwater design services, including an offsite sewer extension. Timmons Group also managed regulatory agency permitting with NCDEQ Land and Water, Union County, and NCDOT. The construction documents encompassed site grading, storm drainage, erosion control, traffic control, and utility plans, as well as landscape design and site details.

Throughout the project, Timmons Group provided bid-phase assistance and construction administration to ensure seamless execution. The station was completed in January 2023, providing the Wesley Chapel community with a modern, strategically designed facility to support its fire and emergency services.
