Overview
Timmons Group assisted the developer in all preliminary feasibility studies, preliminary engineering, land planning and road and lot layout for the entire business park. Timmons Group also prepared construction plans for the 256 acre office park near the Brandermill Community in Chesterfield County as well as the plans for the lakes and water and wastewater distribution systems. The office park includes over 1.5 million square feet of office space, retail, hotel and multi-family housing.
