Overview
Timmons Group designed site construction plans for a 20,000 square foot state healthcare facility on Broad Street in the City of Richmond. This project was designed on the Virginia Commonwealth University campus.
The team coordinated review and requirements of the State Bureau of Capital Outlay Management and the City of Richmond for approval.
The Broad Street corridor is a prominent east/west element bisecting the historic area of the City of Richmond. The VCU Sports Medicine Building was sensitively integrated utilizing conceptual materials and existing infrastructure.
