Overview
Varick on 7th is a newly constructed, mixed-income housing community located at 721 E 7th Street. The complex was designed to be “inclusive” by offering a combination of market-rate and affordable units in a walkable area close to the city’s center. Out of the 105 units, 53 will be based on 30%, 60% and 80% of AMI, while the remaining 52 units will be priced at market rates. The land for the development was donated by the City of Charlotte and Little Rock Community Development.
Timmons Group provided all topographic and boundary survey, SUE, preliminary site layout and renderings for public meetings, complete construction documents, permitting with the City of Charlotte Land Development, Charlotte Department of Transportation, Charlotte Water, and Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement. Our team provided construction administration services throughout the construction phase.
