Timmons Group has successfully managed facility projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, demonstrating our regional expertise for the Valvoline brand. In the due diligence phase, our teams acquire as-built maps, submit Capacity Assurance Applications, request Fire Hydrant Flow Tests, and verify permit and impact fees. Conceptual Site Plans are prepared using provided surveys and building footprints, with meetings scheduled for preliminary feedback from planning departments.
For construction permitting and administration, the firm develops detailed plans covering site, grading, erosion control, stormwater, and transportation. Permitting efforts include applications for Site Plan Approval, water and sewer permits, Capacity Assurance, New Services, and NPDES permits.
