Overview
Timber Spring is a new, 48-unit senior housing development on Timber Drive Extension in Garner, North Carolina. The project features one- and two-bedroom units with common living features such as sitting areas, TV lounge, multi-purpose room, computer room and library, exercise room, covered porches and tenant storage.
Timmons Group provided the site design and site permitting for the project. This included grading, stormwater plans, a landscape plan, and utility extensions. The firm also assisted with rezoning and a Special Use Permit approval.
The project received funding through North Carolina Housing Finance Agency tax credits, as well as Wake County.
