Located on Route 7 at the signalized corner of Potomac View Road, The Shoppes at Potomac Corner sits at the Gateway to Eastern Loudoun and Western Fairfax counties. Timmons Group worked closely with Sarantis Properties to move this project through the entitlement and site permitting process in Loudoun County. This 25,000 SF retail space project contains two buildings with excellent visibility, ample parking, outdoor seating and gathering areas, and new pedestrian and vehicular access to Potomac View Road and Route 7. Our commercial and retail engineering team provided creative and best in class site development services to meet the needs of the client and obtain all required jurisdictional site development permits. Our clients benefit from our assistance in enhancing their real estate value through effective site programming which incorporates their vision and project goals. Timmons Group provided professional site services for this project including planning, surveying, environmental, transportation and civil engineering, water and wastewater design, landscape architecture, and construction administration. This integration ensures consistent project performance and experience throughout all phases of the civil design from inception of the project to completion of construction.
