Overview
Timmons Group has worked to transform the 105-acre plot of undeveloped land into a masterplan for the first surf park on the east coast. The site will include entertainment, retail, dining, and offices, operating as a tourism hub. Additional features include a 6-acre surf park and 13-acre watersports lake centered around kayaking, standup paddle boarding, and cable skiing.
The planned development offers opportunities to live, work, and play with unrivaled walkability to dining, entertainment, sports venues, class-A offices, modern apartments, and stunning townhomes. The first of the development’s outparcels have been developed off Genito Road and the full build-out will include 150,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, 100,000 square feet of office space, a 170-room hotel, an amphitheater, 830 apartments, and 360 townhomes.
