Overview
Timmons Group’s land planning team worked on the master plan for a proposed mixed-use development located in central Virginia Beach. Due to the property’s location adjacent to Oceana Naval Air Station, air rights restrictions have established the developments primary programmed uses to be commercial/retail, office, distribution, and light industrial. A key component will be the provision of a 250-acre site to accommodate a proposed Data Center facility, taking advantage of the new Transatlantic Oceanic Cable. Project features include:
