Overview
A 25-acre mixed-use development located in Henrico County, Virginia featuring over 200,000 sf of retail and restaurant space. The first phase of development of this project opened in the late spring 2010 and contained an 87,000 sf Kroger Grocery. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the development are currently under construction and include junior anchors, Toys ‘R’ Us/Babys ‘R’ Us and Bassett Furniture, Olive Garden Restaurant, strip retail buildings and outparcel spaces.
Consulting services included rezoning, permitting support with state and local review agencies, site programming, tenant coordination, land planning and value engineering.
The site also includes a 13-acre townhome parcel that is slated for future development.
