Overview
Timmons Group provided civil engineering, surveying, environmental, and landscape architecture services for a multipurpose building and parking realignment at the South Piedmont Community College Old Charlotte Highway Campus in Monroe, North Carolina. The project was completed in November 2020.
The main construction for this project was a 3-story, 77,500 sq. ft. multipurpose classroom building. Services included assisting with the master planning of the campus and the design of a wet pond that will comply with stormwater management regulations for the ultimate buildout of the campus. Timmons Group also performed a topographic survey and a wetland delineation on the property.
