Overview
Timmons Group provided site/civil design and survey services for a new 48,400 SF Rooms To Go retail building at Concord Mills. Situated on a 6.25-acre parcel, the project includes an adjacent loading dock, associated parking, a perimeter fire lane, and utility connections. It is accessed from the loop road surrounding Concord Mills Mall, with a secondary public street connection to the north. The team supported annexation and rezoning efforts, facilitated the abandonment of a portion of Quay Road, and prepared and permitted construction documents. Construction administration services were also provided.
