Overview
The Riverside Station Apartment community offers eight four and five-story buildings with a mix of quality affordable one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans near Downtown Norfolk. Close by interstates, shopping, dining, entertainment, and employment provide convenient access to all Norfolk has to offer. This project site was the first in the city to achieve TOD (Transit Oriented Development) zoning classification due to its proximity to public transportation. Residents are welcomed with a variety of amenities, including a resort-style pool, modern fitness center, sports field, and a community clubhouse and playground. Timmons Group provided civil engineering, environmental, survey, and geotechnical services for this project.
