Overview
Timmons Group teamed with RTKL Architects, Williamsburg Environmental Group and WVS Companies to be part of the Quarterpath at Williamsburg development project. Quarterpath is a 358-acre mixed-use development proposed by Riverside Healthcare Association and is located on the Quarterpath property at Route 199 and 60 across from the entrance to Kingsmill.
The first phase of the new Riverside Doctor’s Hospital will include an emergency room and a 40 bed capacity with the option to expand to as many as 80 additional beds in the future. The hospital will be a cornerstone for development which will include retail, office and residential components.
Timmons Group provided the all initial services including survey, geotechnical, environmental and traffic studies. Services are concurrently being provided for the design of water and wastewater components of the project to bring the hospital into operation with a water tower and pump station. Transportation services included road networks and site layouts for the master plan.
