Overview
Reinvent Hampton Roads, in collaboration with Hampton Roads Economic Development Authority and Hampton Roads Planning District Commission, selected Timmons Group to perform region-wide site assessments on twenty (20) of the thirty-one (31) previously selected sites. These sites were identified during the initial phase of a multi-phase effort; representing a collaborative, cross-locality venture to ensure the region could meet the growing market demand by prospects for larger, ready-to-go sites. During this project, Timmons Group worked to assess the current Tier Level of each of the twenty sites, identify next steps to advance each of these sites to a greater readiness level—including approximate budget figures for these tasks—and provide feedback as to which sites showed the best overall development potential once prepared.
