Overview
On 250 acres in New Kent County, Patriot’s Landing is a mixed-use residential development built on the principle that a peaceful, rural environment can still be conveniently located to all of the conveniences that Downtown Richmond can afford. At build out, Patriot’s Landing will have over 200 single family lots, 200 multi-family units, 200,000 square feet of commercial uses and the potential for age restricted residential. Timmons Group is proud to have lead the project from its inception, through rezoning and all processes up to recordation of the first phases of lots.
