Overview
National College hired Timmons Group to assist with rezoning, environmental services, landscape architecture, civil engineering and planning for its new facility on U.S. Route 29 north of Charlottesville in Albemarle County.
Project Highlights
- Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) including investigation and report
- Preparation of environmental permits required by the DEQ and USACE
- Evaluation of off-site sanitary sewer options
- Sanitary sewer design and profiles on-site and off-site
- Domestic water distribution and fire service
- Grading and drainage plan
- Erosion control plan with construction sequencing
- Coordination and representation with Albemarle County and Albemarle County Service Authority
- Landscape plan in accordance with Albemarle County standards
