Overview
Timmons Group is the principal design and development team for Magnolia Green, Richmond’s largest master-planned community. When complete, Magnolia Green will create nearly 5,000 homes and over one million square feet of commercial and office space totaling approximately 1,900 acres. Onsite Permittee Responsible Mitigation (PRM) efforts have been completed and continue keeping pace ahead of unavoidable impacts required for the community’s development.

- 3+ miles of designed and regulatory approved stream restoration
- 1,500 linear feet of stream relocation supporting road infrastructure construction (2009)
- 2.600 linear feet of stream enhancement supporting Westham Golf Club (2010)
- 6,800 Linear feet of stream restoration (2012 and 2014)
