Overview
Serving as the center piece for Magnolia Green, a top selling resort inspired community, the 13,700 square foot facility is now open. The Clubhouse includes 4,800 square feet of event space, including a wedding ceremony lawn, full service restaurant, and private dining areas, all with viewpoints of the surrounding golf course.
The golf course, completed in 2015, has already gained nationwide attention when it was ranked as a Golf’s Digest Top 10 Best New Courses when it opened.
iStar Financial worked with Timmons Group on the project for survey and civil engineering services, which included a practice putting green, stormwater BMP wetlands and waterfall, parking, and a wedding green. The Branch Group served as the general contractor.
In addition to the golf clubhouse, Timmons Group performed off-site utilities, transportation, master planning, on-site infrastructure and subdivision design, surveying, environmental permits, and rezoning for the Magnolia Green community.
