Overview
Timmons Group assisted the Town of Lovettsville with their assessment of existing infrastructure, stormwater and pedestrian safety within the Town as well as design of improvements. This project integrates multiple disciplines provided in-house by the firm’s Landscape Architecture, Stormwater and Transportation groups.
The master plan provides traffic calming; improvements for drainage, parking and pedestrian circulation and safety; utilities location; design of gateway entrance features and two central parks. Input was incorporated from the public through a series of Town meetings. The Town anticipates implementing the final Plan over the long-term in phases.
