Timmons Group has provided multi-discipline services to LIDL US on more than 80 different sites across the Southeast United States. Services include site investigation reports, due diligence, land planning, transportation analysis/design, environmental permitting, geotechnical, surveying, land development engineering and landscape architecture. Timmons Group’s ability to leverage all of their regional offices permits us to handle many projects simultaneously which is critical to a large Corporate Development client such as Lidl US. In addition, our cross-office and cross-disciplinary approach ensures projects are designed and permitted quickly which assists our clients in getting their products to market expeditiously.
