Overview
Timmons Group provided civil engineering and site selection services for the development of a new Public Safety Training Facility for the City of Raleigh. The project included completing a comprehensive training needs assessment for the City’s Police and Fire Departments and the development of conceptual site plans including cost estimates for a facility or facilities to meet those current and future training needs.
The new 60,000 SF center was designed to complete all officer training on-site, including everything officers need to meet training academy requirements. The building also has a courtyard connection to Wake County’s law enforcement training center.

- Waste Construction waste recycling; Using recycled material
