Overview
Timmons Group provided civil engineering design and permitting services for a new 52-lot residential community. Located in the growing Town of Fuquay-Varina, NC, the 41-acre development features lot sizes ranging from 20,000sf to 46,000sf.
Timmons Group designed several new roadways to serve the subdivision including Old Judd Drive (2,505 lf), Moon Light Drive (422 lf), Queensborough Circle (271), and Rosemoore Way (225 lf). The development is accessed from Kennebec Road which was widened to include a left turn lane and a new sidewalk extension for the Town as this project is near the new high school which is under construction. In addition, a 12” water line was extended 865 lf to serve the community.
