Overview
The County of Henrico’s Department of Public Works contracted Timmons Group to provide performance monitoring of the John Rolfe Parkway Stream Restoration Project which consisted of the relocation of a jurisdictional stream channel for the development of John Rolfe Parkway. Vegetative and stream geomorphic surveys were completed each year to assure that the project was in compliance with the issued permits. During the post construction monitoring station set-up, several areas of concern were identified that were in need of repair. Therefore, Timmons Group’s Team of Environmental Scientists and Engineers prepared a Corrective Action Plan to satisfy the Agency’s concerns and as a cost savings measure the Corrective Action Plan was implemented by TGCM
