Overview
Timmons Group is responsible for the survey and engineering services for this luxury apartment community in Virginia Beach. The community offers spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments homes, in addition to numerous outdoor features to promote community engagement, such as an outdoor kitchen/grilling stations, resort style pool surrounded by fountains and sundecks, private gardens, vegetable gardens and dog park.
Timmons Group provided subdivision plans, preliminary grading plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), dry utility coordination, and construction administration and coordination.
