Timmons Group is the civil engineering partner for the Hyperscale Multiple Phase Data Center campus in Chesterfield County. This ambitious project spans 104 acres and will deliver over 600,000 square feet of data center space specifically engineered for high-capacity infrastructure. Supported by a 300 MW substation, the Multiple Phase Data Center Campus represents a significant step in bolstering Virginia’s role as a digital infrastructure leader. The campus will be delivered in phases, with the first building anticipated by 2026. The site offers unparalleled connectivity for hyperscalers, enhancing
