Timmons Group prepared a HUD Environmental Review Record in accordance with 24 CFR Part 58 on behalf of the Chesterfield County Department of Community Enhancement to develop 2.8 acres as age-restricted, multi-unit housing to complement the existing and adjoining Market Square Senior Community.
