Timmons Group designed the Horsepen Creek Trunk Sewer, consisting of 7,500 linear feet of 36” PVC and Ductile Iron trunk sewer and 8” PVC sewer to serve a 3,200 acre service area. Located in Chesterfield County, the project included multiple stream crossings, environmental impact avoidance, and several bored/cased crossings underneath major roadways. Completed in 2024, Timmons Group provided design, bid, construction administration, and full-time construction inspection services.
