Overview
The T-Mobile Call Center is a 130,000-square-foot office transformation from a previous Sam’s Club retail store. The renovation included expanding parking and resurfacing, installing new landscape and lighting, and creating an interactive employee outdoor amenity area.
The outdoor amenity space offers employees dedicated areas to relax, socialize, and utilize outdoor grills, flexible seating, an artificial turf area, fire pit, and a half-court basketball court. The modular space also offers intentionally designed landscaped rooms for small group meetings and opportunities for larger company events and gatherings.
