Overview
Harpers Mill is a 1,200 acre master planned community located in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Landscape Architects from Timmons Group developed a phased plan which includes a Community Center, an integrated trail system, Olympic-sized pool with a splash park, athletic facilities, and 1,700 home sites.
Harpers Mill was designed with the intention of creating a cohesive neighborhood network while preserving the natural systems composed of large open spaces and forests. A wide range of amenities within walking distance have been integrated into the community to enhance the resident’s experience. A newly built elementary school adjoining the Harpers Mill commmunity will encourage a partnership for educational oppurtunities on the site.
