Overview
The City of Fredericksburg entered into a contract with the Design-Build Team of WC Spratt (Builder) and Timmons Group (Designer) to construct Utility Infrastructure Improvements throughout the City. The Design-Build proposal included numerous Water and Wastewater improvements that are to be implemented in a phase manner. The first phase of projects includes Water and Wastewater improvements to correct deficiencies that represent the greatest environmental and public safety risk. These projects will be under construction from the spring of 2014 to spring 2015. The first phase of projects is being implemented for a contract value of $4.6 million including design services.
These projects are as follows: Normandy Village Wastewater System Improvements, William Street Wastewater System Improvements, Charles Street Wastewater System Improvements, College Heights Water System Improvements
