Overview
Timmons Group worked to develop a Stormwater Management Program for Loudoun County, VA. Under this program, Timmons Group performed an analysis of existing BMPs to claim excess water quality (nutrients) credits towards MS4/TMDL load reduction goals. Other project tasks included inspecting over 284 public and private stormwater management ponds and 35 bioretention facilities to address MS4 permit requirements.
