Overview
Chesterfield County in conjunction with Virginia State University widened East River Road to four lanes. Provided project management for this 25-parcel project. Services included right-of-way estimates, plan reviews, title reports, obtaining appraisal reports, appraisal reviews, Basic Administrative Reports, negotiations with impacted property owners, preparation of conveyance documents, and settlement services and relocation services for one parcel.
