Overview

Timmons Group provided Environmental, Geotechnical, Landscape Architecture, Stormwater, Water/Wastewater, Civil Engineering and Survey services at 853 Shotwell Road in Clayton, NC. The scope included the design of two buildings totaling 235,000 square-feet with a shared truck court on an approximately 25-acre site.

Timmons Group provided all boundary and topographic surveying and mapping, including ALTA/NSPS Survey and easement and ROW plat. Environmental services included a Phase I ESA, wetland/stream delineation and buffer confirmation. Our geotechnical team prepared a preliminary engineering reports, and our civil design team developed a complete construction documents package and facilitated all permitting. We developed a code-compliant landscape plan and performed a traffic impact analysis on the site, as well as utilities engineering – including fire flow test and water hydraulic analysis.
