Circle K is the largest owner and corporate operator of convenience stores in the US and offers a wide variety of products for people on the go. Timmons Group has been providing Civil Engineering and planning services to Circle K since 2016. We have completed over 100 projects in North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, and Georgia. Services have included schematic site plans, Site Investigation Reports, parcel surveys, full Construction Drawings, petroleum design, Landscape Architecture, transportation analysis/design, and Construction Administration. Timmons Group’s ability to leverage high level project tracking ensures multi-site projects schedules are simultaneously adhered to.
As part of Timmons Group’s Retail Development Program, our firm understands the intricacies of multi-site programs. By working with Circle K on over sixty sites, we understand the building prototype and development standards to ensure consistent project delivery. Our firm has provided prototype design, site layouts, site investigation reports, due diligence, civil site design and permitting, boundary and topography survey, SUE designation services, plat preparation, environmental, traffic impact analysis (TIA) studies, signal design, roadway design, utilities, and construction administration services.
