Overview

Timmons Group provided survey, civil/site design, and landscape design for the Charlotte Rescue Mission’s newest Rebound facility. The new five-story men’s dormitory is 72,000 SF and represents a construction value of $40 million. The new building has a capacity of 166 beds, 34 more than the previous building. Additionally, the building complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) inside and outside.
