Overview

Timmons Group provided full civil engineering and landscape architectural design services related to the construction of a Police Station to house the Central Division. The scope of the project included the demolition of an existing site building and utilities, site design of the 3-story building including a partial subgrade parking deck, and providing design of sanitary sewer, water distribution, and storm sewer systems for the facility. From this design, we completed Construction Documents for jurisdictional approval and performed Construction Administration services through project completion. Bidding coordination was provided for this CMAR project.
