Overview
Timmons Group provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, stormwater design, and construction administration services for the Centra Square Apartments and Seniors Building in Charlotte, NC. The new 112-unit, mixed-income community was divided into seven buildings comprising of senior housing, townhome-style family units and garden style apartments. The project also included amenities such as outdoor sitting areas, a playground, computer center, community room, fitness center and a covered picnic area.
