Overview
Timmons Group provided civil engineering services for a 76-unit apartment complex in Pittsboro, NC known as Bellemont Pointe. The project received tax credits from the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency and included a public road extension, massive earth moving, a large stormwater pond, and on-site water tank and pump system.
Residents get to choose from one-, two- and three-bedroom options, and enjoy numerous amenities such as a community building, playground, gazebo and picnic area.
